Rush Orders
We may be able to take rush orders based on availability. We may not be able to have custom items or request due to limited time allotted.
A rush fee of $50 will be applied to all order placed within one week or less. All rush orders must be paid in full once invoice is delivered, no exceptions.
Pickup Times & Hours
Our pick up times are Tuesday through Saturday from 9AM-12Noon and 5PM-7PM
Scheduled pick up times are chosen by you, the client. If you need to pick up before or after your scheduled time, please communicate as soon as possible to ensure new time will work for both parties.
Please make sure you are on time for your scheduled pick up. We do understand emergencies come up unexpectedly but please communicate to avoid a late fee. If there is no communication, a $20 fee will be in place. Late fee must be paid in order for items to be released.
Damage Policy
I strive to provide the best customer service possible. When transporting, always make sure to place cake boxes on the floor of your vehicle. Upon taking possession of your cakes/cupcakes, Boots and Barneys is not responsible for any damage occurring to the items during transport, set-up or any time thereafter.
